Hi!

Thanks for your support PlayNews and all the feedback so far! Development has been slow but steady and I just published a new alpha contains some performance improvements when navigating back to the feed list from an article and a new onboarding flow to subscribe to "topics" the first time you run the app.

Each topic has 2 or 3 feeds related to it: from Playdate news to Music and, yes, World News. I heard the feedback about not wanting to use Playdate to doomscroll, so, hopefully this selection of topics will help with finding the right content the first time you run the app. 

And if you want a more personalized experience you can always add feeds manually by connecting the Playdate to your computer and edit the `feeds.txt` file.

Next on the roadmap:

• Migrate awayfrom Glitch (where the PlayNews backend is hosted) because they're shutting down :/ 
• Font selection
• More character support on all the fonts
• Pages for individual feeds (in addition to the aggregated one)
• (maybe) Full article pages for feeds that only contain a snippet of the article
